As a branch of NAPSA, each year WAPSA takes part in Charity Cup, an event that begins in April and aims to raise funds and awareness for a particular charity.
In 2015 we are once again proud to be supporting the JMB Foundation, a very worthy charity that seeks to provide financial support for care and rehabilitation for young sufferers of an acquired brain injury.
The James Macready-Bryan Foundation also has a big focus on raising awareness for the plight of ABI sufferers, and aims to prevent these injuries through means such as education.
O-Show is the annual pharmacy welcome event, which allows students from all different year groups to meet and mingle. It is specially designed to help connect first-year pharmacy students with their fellow students.
An enormous thank you to everyone who got involved and made the first WAPSA event of the year a success! Check out some of the photos embedded in this post, and make sure you head over to our Facebook page to check out the full gallery!
